Matt Guerrieri is a managing director at Newmark and has been with the firm since 2000. His primary focus is office tenant and landlord representation for many institutional and private companies. Matt started his commercial real estate career as the research services manager for the Philadelphia district for four years. Matt has successfullly represented landlords such as Equity Commonwealth, Transwestern, AION Partners, Leser Group and University Place Associates in Philadelphia totaling over four million square feet. He has also placed numerous well-known tenants throughout the Greater Philadelphia region such as, The University of Pennsylvania, Deloitte, Independence Blue Cross and U.S Imagration.
Matt worked for Ronin Corporation, a market research firm in Princeton, New Jersey, while training with the U.S. Olympic Rowing team from 1998 to 2000. In August of 2000, Matt claimed the gold metal for the United States of the World Rowing Championship in Zagreb, Croatia.
Matt received his Bachelor of Arts degree at The University of Pennsylvania, where he remains active with the rowing team.
