Matthew received a BBA from Pace University and began working fulltime in 1995 at Windsor Management Corporation, where he is presently Vice President and Operations Manager. Throughout his tenure, he has added to the company portfolio 400,000 sf of Class A office buildings in Manhattan, Westchester, and Connecticut. In addition to new acquisitions, Matthew oversees leasing and management operations while continuing to upgrade the properties through lobby renovations and building improvements creating competitive class A space.
Matthew currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Applied Human Dynamics and participates in fund raising efforts for the Town of Mt. Pleasant Education Foundation, Holy Rosary Church, and the March of Dimes.
