Matthew I. (Matt) Kurzmann is part of the Affordable Housing Advisors (AHA), a specialty group of Marcus & Millichap that represents sellers and buyers of government-subsidized multi-family properties. Matt focuses on the sale of nonprofit-owned Section 8 properties.
Matt began his career with AHA in 2011 and has been instrumental in the creation of AHA’s platform for nonprofit clients. Matt has represented and advised a wide range of nonprofit owners including churches, synagogues, union-based organizations, state agencies, housing authorities, fraternal organizations and several others.
Matt is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC), a supporter of the Institute for Responsible Housing Preservation (IRHP), the National Leased Housing Association (NLHA) and the National Housing and Rehabilitation Association (NH&RA). AHA has exclusively listed and sold over 175,000 government-subsidized housing units throughout the United States, valued at more than $6 billion.
