Mr. Lavell is a Senior Vice President and member of the asset management team at GreenBarn Investment Group. Mr. Lavell’s primary focus is on leasing and asset management of the office portfolio as well as other initiatives – including analyzing and negotiating proposed leases, reviewing quarterly financials and annual business plans, evaluating and assisting in dispositions, and debt restructuring/refinancing, throughout the Company’s portfolio. Prior to joining GreenBarn, Mr. Lavell served as Senior Vice President at Normandy Real Estate Partners before the firm was acquired in 2020. Prior to Normandy, he worked at Developers Diversified Realty, where he completed a rotational training program which encompassed exposure to their Leasing, Development and Acquisitions departments.
