Manages the quarterly reforecast and risk reporting process. Morris is responsible for reconciling NOI across accounting and forecasting platforms. He assist Development Accounting in forecasting spending & capitalized interest and report on the development pipeline (speculative v. in-place NOI). Morris is also involved in most of the complex financial modeling but is now more focused on developing people on his team.
