Now with JLL as a Managing Director, Matthew Shanahan joined Colliers International in 1999 after graduating from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and Management, with dual majors in Real Estate and Business Law. Matt was then able to build a robust client portfolio, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses, and was directly involved in over 3 million square feet of office lease and sale transactions in the suburban Philadelphia market. In addition, Matt was a member of the Healthcare Services Group and received the designation as a Fellow, which distinguishes brokers with advanced expertise and experience in healthcare real estate. Matt is a Bucks County native and currently resides in Philadelphia with his wife, Bridget and daughter, Talula “Lulu”. Matt is actively involved with CcTC, Center for Autism, and serves on the board for the Sunday Love Project.
