He is a licensed Broker and has been a licensed agent since 2006. He is proud and excited to have joined with a great company like First Team where he can be of service to his clients. He has also been licensed with the Office of Real Estate Appraisers and spent the first few years of his career in the Appraisal side of the industry honing his valuation skills. He works closely with the investor community & has experience with Trustee sales, Private Auction’s & The Short sale process. He has built strong relationships and work diligently to represent both seller’s & buyers during the Real Estate transaction. Proper valuation is a strength he possesses which translates well when both listing a property at the proper price level & when negotiating as a buyer representative. He also has experience in the Construction field which aids him in the assessment of repair needs & cost during the evaluation process and identifying opportunity for investors.
