Max Bippus joined CBRE as a member of the Phoenix Retail Team over 20 years ago. He specializes in tenant and landlord representation services, retail development, creative infill development/assemblage and redevelopment, acquisition and disposition of retail properties.
Max provides expert retail market analysis to identify and secure optimal locations with the purpose of targeting customers and driving value for the organization. His knowledge of the market has given him the advantage through developing and maintaining strong retailer relationships at the national, regional, and local level. Max is a firm believer in building lasting relationships by keeping integrity and character at the top of his priority list.
Additionally, Max provides lease negotiations and property marketing services for both existing and planned shopping centers. He represents prominent commercial developers such as SimonCRE, Latco Enterprises, Samuelson/Hornaday and Lawrence & Geyser, CAZCO Asset Management & W.M. Grace Companies.
