Max is a 9 year veteran focused on Restaurant/C-Store real estate and heads SIG’s Austin office. His resume working with national brand franchise operators and build-to-suit developers nationally. To date Max has closed over 105 transactions and counting. Max’s primary goal in the business is to create win/win situations. His sphere of influence includes: REITs, private real estate investment firms, and private equity firms focused in the restaurant space. Max has a strong team mentality and has recruited 9 agents and counting to Sands Investment Group. SIG’s restaurant group, lead by Max Freedman consists of agents (5) geared solely towards fast food and sit down restaurants. Max graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Business Administration – specializing in entrepreneurial studies.
