Being a Minnesota native, he is deeply intrigued by the local marketplace and consistently evolves his knowledge to find the best possible properties. Max is well versed in representing industrial users, office tenants, and landlords in the southern Twin Cities area.
Max learned the ins and outs of the commercial real estate industry during his undergraduate years by working for a large, local real estate developer. His vast experience includes marketing properties with 360-degree pictures and drone photography, working on development projects, property management, and acquiring properties throughout the nation. He joined the Ritter Team in 2015 and currently works in the Colliers Industrial Brokerage Group.
