Max Omstrom is an Associate within Jones Lang LaSalle’s Industrial Services Group and is based out of the firm’s Long Island office in Melville, NY. Max and his team assist and advise both tenants and landlords in addressing their real estate needs while focusing on leasing and sales transactions. In addition, Max is responsible for conducting various research assignments and participating in the marketing of various exclusive agency properties throughout the Long Island market. Max joined Jones Lang LaSalle in March of 2016 as an Associate within the Industrial Brokerage Group which has over 25 years experience. Since joining JLL, Max has played an instrumental role in the successful completion of numerous key transactions in the Long Island market. Through careful planning and extensive market analysis, Max helped to secure a new headquarters location for College Hunks of Long Island. He also assisted with the 20,000 square foot warehouse relocation and expansion strategy for GTS Distribution, a nationwide distributor of gaming, toys, sports and entertainment collectibles. Max assisted in selling an 11,180 square foot building and is currently marketing a 50,000 square foot, multi-tenant industrial building for lease. With over 12 years of experience in the service industry, Max thrives in a fast paced, competitive working environment. He has quickly taken on an integral role as a member of JLL’s Long Island industrial team by successfully connecting landlords and tenants based on their respective business needs. Max is keenly focused on client satisfaction, loyalty and retention. Max received an Associate’s Degree of Science in Business Administration from SUNY - Morrisville College where he made both the Dean’s and President’s Lists and was a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Currently, he is a member of the Commercial Industrial Broker Society of Long Island which promotes good ethics in the real estate industry.
