Maxwell Van Dresser is an Associate Vice President with Jason Powell and Team in Northmarq’s Atlanta office. Van Dresser focuses on deal execution, business development and transaction management. As a primary point of contact for Jason Powell’s team’s transactions, he is able to leverage his attention to detail, analytical background and market knowledge to ensure an efficient contract to close.
Prior to joining Northmarq, Van Dresser served as an Associate Director at Stan Johnson Company. Van Dresser joined Stan Johnson Company in June 2016 as an Analyst, assisting with financial analysis, lease abstracting, market research and marketing. Before Stan Johnson Company, Van Dresser attended the University of Georgia where he received his Bachelor’s in Real Estate.
