His expertise lies in property acquisition/disposition, product leasing, and tenant representation throughout the Eastside Market. Prior to delving into the world of commercial real estate, He studied at the University of Colorado Boulder, where he earned a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Real Estate. This academic foundation laid the groundwork for his career, and he's been passionate about the industry ever since. His approach to client relationships is simple yet effective: develop credibility and rapport. He understands that each client is unique, and it takes thoughtful planning and sometimes a creative idea to achieve the highest probability of success. This client-centric mindset has enabled him to foster long-lasting business relationships built on trust and mutual respect. Being a Washington Native provides him with a competitive advantage in understanding the nuances of the Eastside Market and the key influencers shaping its landscape. This local insight allows him to offer tailored solutions that align with his clients' goals and objectives. Beyond the office, he is a founding member of Syndicate 9-5, a group of leading software and technology professionals dedicated to creating entrepreneurial ventures aligned with current market trends. Their latest project focuses on healthcare services, aiming to help patients better understand healthcare terminology and concepts. From 2021 – 2022, Maxton proudly serviced on the board of directors for Essentials First, one of Washington's fastest-growing nonprofit organizations, which receives remarkable support from recognizable public companies and figures.
