As a key member of the Leibsohn & Company team since 2019, Maxton is privileged to partner with Dan Krekel, Senior Vice President, in driving success within the office market. His expertise lies in property acquisition/disposition, product leasing, and tenant representation throughout the Eastside Market.
Prior to delving into the world of commercial real estate, He studied at the University of Colorado Boulder, where he earned a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Real Estate. This academic foundation laid the groundwork for his career, and he's been passionate about the industry ever since.
His approach to client relationships is simple yet effective: develop credibility and rapport. He understands that each client is unique, and it takes thoughtful planning and sometimes a creative idea to achieve the highest probability of success. This client-centric mindset has enabled him to foster long-lasting business relationships built on trust and mutual respect.
