Bio
She is originally from Chicago, IL but relocated with her family to Colorado Springs, CO in her early childhood. She claims both her Chicagoan roots (Go Sox! Deep dish pies, and never ketchup on a Chicago Dog) and think her time in Colorado might round up to native status.
She is a solutions-oriented person stemming from working in the hospitality and service industries starting in her mid-teens. Her career in healthcare leasing began with a right-place-right-time entry-level opportunity to support the team, and she is grateful for the shift in focus as she truly loves what she does! Over the past four years, she has progressed from Leasing Coordinator to Associate and most recently Vice President of Leasing. Helping physicians build Class A space to help grow their businesses and invest in their community is such a rewarding process.
Her initial role with NexCore was in the marketing department, and her previous work experience and education were marketing-focused. Her hybrid knowledge of both marketing and leasing gives me a knack for developing comprehensive leasing strategies that deliver results. She has gained deep industry knowledge across a variety of project types and deliverables. Her specific areas of expertise include:
Managing the leasing cycle from initial discussions to lease commencement, including coordination with legal, design and construction, tenants, and other internal and external stakeholders. Gathering market intel to set NexCore up for success in new service areas. Lead generation and prospecting in multiple markets, including Orem/Provo, UT Detroit, MI, Houston, TX, and Denver, CO.
