Megan Creecy-Herman serves as Head of Operations for Prologis’ 200M SF West Region which includes the key markets of the San Francisco Bay Area and Central Valley, Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, Seattle, Portland, Phoenix, Denver, Las Vegas and Reno. Megan is responsible for all business performance and operating metrics within the West Region as well as the leadership of a team of nearly 200 people.
Ms. Creecy-Herman has spent 19 years in the development, acquisition and leasing of office and industrial assets throughout the West Coast and joined Prologis in September 2018. Previously, Megan spent 6 years at Liberty Property Trust, with the prior 10 years spent at EJM Development Co. She is a graduate of Arizona State University with a B.S. in Real Estate and holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Arizona.
In 2014 Ms. Creecy-Herman served as the first female President of the NAIOP Arizona Chapter, also becoming the youngest person in the nation ever to lead a large Chapter. In 2015 she joined the NAIOP National Executive Committee. She still serves on the NAIOP National Board of Directors today, in addition to being a NAIOP Research Foundation Governor.
