Megan Reynolds is an Assistant Vice President in Brokerage with the Dallas office of The Retail Connection. Reynolds focuses on tenant and landlord representation throughout all of Texas, as well as Oklahoma. Prior to joining The Retail Connection, Reynolds was an Intern at CBRE where she worked alongside several brokers. Since joining The Retail Connection, Reynolds has specialized in tenant representation and project leasing. She represents both national retailers as well as regional concepts including Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Cold Stone, Little Caesars, Burger King, and Planet Smoothie, among others. Reynolds graduated from Texas Tech University earning a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate. During her time at Texas Tech, she was a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority and Texas Tech Real Estate Organization. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Deals in Heels.
