Megan Sauro is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group as the lead underwriter and marketing specialist for investment property in Ontario. Megan is responsible for a number of underwriting and brokerage activities, and has been involved in transactions ranging from $1,000,000 to $90,000,000 and spanning all asset classes.
Over the course of her tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, Megan has worked with clients including Toronto Lands Corporation, York Region (and Catholic) District School Boards, the Anglican Diocese, General Electric, HSBC, Metrolinx, Waterfront Toronto, Crown Realty Partners, Scotia Private Client Group, Canadian Tire Corporation and many others.
Megan is an active member of Toronto NAIOP, as well as the Ryerson Alumni Association. Megan graduated from Ryerson’s Faculty of Community Services with an Honors Degree in Urban and Regional Planning, and a Minor in Sociology. Megan is also currently pursuing her Masters of Business Administration from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University.
