She’s an aerial arts instructor, a ballet aficionado, and a Boston loyalist: Berkshires native Meghan Kellam moved here more than 20 years ago and couldn’t be happier. She loves our history, culture, and arts scene, and she wants to share that with buyers. Of course, purchasing (and selling!) a home can be a daunting task, especially in a desirable city. Fortunately, Meghan has a psychology degree and used to be a biotech project manager—so she’s empathetic and highly organized. “I think about clients’ needs holistically, with a vision that includes the present and future,” she says. “When I can find a buyer's dream home, that's what excites me. When I can get a fantastic offer on the sale of a seller’s home, I’m in heaven.” Recent triumphs? Finding a downtown dream loft for an urban-dwelling woman and scoring a happy couple’s spacious yet affordable city lair, complete with parking. (Yes, parking.) When she’s not scouring the market for new properties, you’ll find her exploring the South End, taking in a dance performance, prowling Boston’s restaurant scene, or ensconced in her Leather District apartment.
