Meghan Marchini joined Savills in October 2018 as a tenant advisor responsible for financial modeling and forecasting, as well as in depth market research and analysis. Specifically, Meghan researches real estate taxes and operating costs to determine assumptions for cash flow modeling. Equipped with a background in finance, Meghan performs financial analyses of prospective opportunities including the creation of pro forma models and sensitivity analysis for project cash flows, occupancy costs, lease vs buy analysis and GAAP impact analysis.
Aside from her ability to analyze data and scan the market for optimal commercial real estate that aligns with client business objectives, Meghan presents herself to every client with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Her ability to communicate effectively helps her to grasp all of her team’s clients’ business needs and short- and long-term goals.
Prior to joining Savills, Meghan spent over two years at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an experienced associate in assurance and asset management. While there, she worked with private equity, hedge funds, registered investment companies and more.
Awards, Achievements and Activities
While at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Meghan was a volunteer for numerous programs including the PwC Earn Your Future Program which promoted financial literacy, PwC Providence College Friar Friends Program which mentors future professionals and the PwC & Providence College Annual Community Service Day. As she was attending Providence College, Meghan organized and hosted a weekly radio show on WDOM 91.3 that included interviews, current event discussion and music.
