Six years ago, Mehdi entered Real Estate from the High-Tech Industry. He is very savvy with computers and will be able to turn around BPO and Comps for listing REO very quickly and in a timely manner. He is a full-time realtor. He is also very active in his community. He volunteers for many causes.
During the past 4 years Mehdi has handled Commercial and Residential properties. He has written a many BPO for PCV Murcor and Short Sales Solutions. The turnaround time for most of his BPOs has been less than 24 hours.
In his second year in real estate, Mehdi was awarded the top 19th salesperson of the year in our Keller Williams office, which had 140 realtors at that time. He is sure over the course of this year he will make the top 10 list.
