At Centerra Capital, we are fortunate to have the expertise and leadership of Mel in managing our financial operations. With an impressive background in both private and public accounting spanning over 20 years, Mel joined Centerra in 2017 and has since been instrumental in ensuring the success of our corporate finance division and real estate advisory/investment division.
As the head of financial operations, Mel oversees a wide range of critical areas including accounting, treasury, tax, financial planning and analysis, information technology, and investor relations.
Not only does Mel manage the day-to-day financial operations, but also plays a vital role in the strategic decision-making processes of Centerra. By actively participating in underwriting, due diligence, and analytical aspects of our business activities, Mel brings valuable insights that shape the direction and growth of the company.
