Melanie joined Denver's Northwest Office Team in April 2002. Her primary responsibility lies toward the Landlord agency component of the Team where she focuses on a variety of leasing and marketing-related tasks. Some of these projects include aiding in the preparation of the quarterly statistics packages, maintaining lease comps (in conjunction with research), market summaries, leasing reports, proposals, and procalcs. Melanie also maintains the Team accounting system to track Team revenue, expenses and reimbursement.
Melanie came to CB Richard Ellis from Albuquerque where she handled research and marketing duties for Albuquerque Economic Development.
