Bio
Melanie Maguire joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2022 as transaction coordinator in the Dallas/Fort Worth office. She supports transaction management and marketing for the tenant and landlord representation team. She also analyzes financial, economic, and commercial real estate data for key market trends and client needs.
Melanie joined SRS with several years of experience in recruiting and advertising account management. Most recently with Advantis Medical, she worked with more than 50 clinicians, placing them for short-term assignments. Managing a book of business, she matched and filled more than 10,000 open medical assignments in just a few months. Prior to that, Melanie worked as an account manager with JCDecaux North America – the only international advertising agency focused exclusively on outdoor advertising. There, she managed a portfolio of 20+ multinational accounts with an $8 million book of business and managed the execution of more than 200 large-scale advertising campaigns.
Melanie is a graduate of the University of San Diego where she studied communications. She was able to spend two semesters abroad in England and Italy. Her favorite activity is snow skiing when on vacation in Colorado.
