Melanie has been a real estate broker since 2003. During this time she has worked with buyers, sellers, tenants and owners. She also handles bank foreclosures and short sales. She can assist you with selling your home, commercial property or investment property. She has done numerous flips over the years and has construction and investment knowledge, including 1031 exchanges. She is the owner of Citadel Realty and also the property manager of over 100 properties for the company. She has a BS degree in Business Management and has owned several real estate related companies over the years.
