Melissa is responsible for providing real estate advisory and transaction services, including strategic planning, leasing, sales and acquisitions, for federal clients. Melissa joined Savills in December 2004 as part of a team of associates whose area of focus is business development and strategic analysis. Melissa also worked on Matt Barlow’s consulting team and engaged in strategic planning and lease negotiation for several of Savills largest clients.
Melissa is a skilled project manager whose combined responsibilities have included accounting and internal reporting, budgeting and planning, and the development and delivery of software tools which enabled business managers to better understand and manage fluctuations of expenses and savings. As the director of Leasing and Sales at Signature Partners, LLC, Melissa prepared business proposals, negotiated leases, and advised clients on which real estate strategies would best help them achieve their business objectives.
Prior to Signature Partners, Melissa started her career as a financial analyst, and then was later promoted to Associate, at JPMorgan Chase Bank on the Strategic Analytics and Application Development Team in the International Fixed Income, Global Investment Bank Division.
