Melissa's real estate career started in 2007 gaining experience in financial analysis, REO dispositions, foreclosures, short sales, investment analysis and real estate sales throughout the years. Her short sale experience is particularly extensive, having successfully negotiated and closed over 50 million dollars and counting in first mortgage loans and subordinate liens with mortgage lenders, financial institutions, public instutitions/agencies and private lienholders.
