Mendel (Mendy) Fellig is a real estate professional who has worked on nearly every aspect of Real Estate giving him a full & extremely knowledgeable picture of the South Florida market. Residential condos & homes, Commercial retail & office, Net Lease investments, & Commercial leasing. Born & raised in Miami Beach, he brings a strong knowledge and a deep understanding of the rapidly changing Miami real estate market to his clients. Mendel provides his clients with a full suite of real estate services ranging from marketing and valuation to negotiations and investment strategies.
Mendel offers a wide range of experience from every aspect of the industry, representing sellers, buyers, and investors with integrity and professionalism. Honesty, integrity, and respect are three principles he lives by.
He received his Bachelors in Accounting from Touro College in New York City. He has a background in finance, accounting, and real estate. In addition to his many professional achievements, he has travelled the world assisting local communities as far as Ho Chin Minh City, Vietnam, Milan, Italy, Thailand, and his local community of Miami Beach. Mendel is a family man at heart, and currently lives on Miami Beach with his wife and sons. When he’s not in the office, he can be found on the water with his family making the most of Miami’s active waterfront lifestyle.
