Meredith T. Siburn has more than 14 years of commercial brokerage experience, none of which are with Cushman & Wakefield. Specializing in landlord and tenant representation, she is a seasoned brokerage professional with an impressive track record. Having lived in Ridgefield, CT for the past 29 years, she has a strong rapport and extensive relationships within the greater Danbury business community, where she concentrates her efforts. Her day-to-day presence in that market facilitates her clients’ access to C&W’s full range of real estate services. Ms. Siburn received her B.A. degree from Baylor University in Texas. She serves as Vice President of the Commercial Brokers Alliance of Connecticut. She is a Parent Mentor in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Danbury Hospital for The Tiny Miracles Foundation. She volunteers her time working with underprivileged families through the Jericho Partnership in Danbury, CT.
