Micah Jagel is a Brevard County native who takes a great interest in the future of the area. Micah became a part of the ERA Showcase Properties & Investments family in 2002 at the early age of 19. Micah determined his field of interest was definitely in the marketing & sales of Real Estate. The opportunity to participate in molding and shaping the future development of our county was a strong draw to the profession.
Micah’s father is a well known and respected General Contractor throughout the country in the field of commercial development as well as residential developments in Brevard County. Surrounded by the family business of construction and development, Micah has developed a keen understanding of the operations and process of development. His dad utilized Micah’s talents in these areas and appointed him Vice President of his Construction & Development Company when he was 16 years old.
A very spiritual person, Micah cares deeply for & works well with people of all ages. He has traveled extensively, involving business construction and missionary work for his organizations. Micah is one of two people with construction & development backgrounds who head up our development & construction division at ERA Showcase. He has taken on this responsibility as well as that of teaching the nationally acclaimed TOP DOG Commercial Real Estate classes and pursuing his own education in commercial real estate with enrollment and participation in the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute. He is currently working towards his CCIM designation and hopes to achieve it by early 2009.
While his passion for commercial real estate consumes the majority of his days, he is also an avid fan of Scuba diving and the underwater world.
