Mike Barker has spent the last 17 years co-leading one of CBRE's top performing industrial Advisory and Transaction Services teams focused on developing and implementing innovative real estate solutions designed to support regional, national and multinational corporations.
Leveraging a diverse background in corporate account experience combined with CBRE’s global platform and resource services offerings, Mike has consistently delivered significant cost savings and portfolio efficiencies for corporate users on a global basis.
Mike and the team are currently responsible for providing global portfolio management services for over 30 million square feet of client accounts globally and have completed more than 10 million feet of acquisition and disposition transactions over the past 2 years.
