Michael is responsible for directing Bergman Real Estate Group’s acquisition activities, overseeing in-house leasing and marketing functions and managing the investor client relations with its joint venture partners, lenders, and private investors.
Michael has over 27 years of real estate investment and leasing experience. Prior to joining the family business in 1991, Michael began his career with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, a prominent NJ owner/developer with a portfolio of 2.5 million SF of office and industrial properties, including the renowned Glenpointe Complex, in Teaneck, NJ.
Michael received a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development and Investment from New York University, School of Continuing Education. Michael graduated Cum Laude from the University of Vermont, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a dual major of finance and marketing.
