Michael Borman has developed a reputation in Southern California as one of the preeminent leasing Tenant and Landlord representatives. He represents many of the country’s leading retailers including Ross Dress for Less, dd’s Discounts, AT&T, Union Bank, ULTA Beauty, Dollar General, Fresh & Easy, and Lowe’s Home Improvement to name a few. He has played an integral role in assisting retailers with their entry into California and subsequently implementing growth strategies on their behalf. His in depth knowledge of the territory and his ability to close transactions have served as a valuable asset to his clients.
