Bio
As a development associate, Michael Conzemius is responsible for site selection, acquisition and entitlements for new development opportunities. He manages the development, design and construction process for a variety of projects with a focus on industrial and office properties. With a background in architecture, property management and construction, Michael has extensive experience with the design build process and brings a unique perspective with respect to feasibility, site constraints, and ensuring the end product aligns with the client’s needs. Michael has over 10 years of experience with a variety of product types, including industrial, office, residential, hospitality, and retail. Michael received a bachelor of science in Architectural Design from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota – Carlson.
