Michael Crane specializes in landlord lease representation for property owners primarily located in Denver's two largest submarkets; the Central Business District and the Southeast Suburban. Michael is an integral part of JLL's Denver agency leasing team, which boasts a portfolio of over 15 million square feet of commercial real estate property. Michael’s career in leasing began in Chicago, IL, where he spent 6 years focused on the central business district and high-traffic urban areas. Now, with 22 years of experience in landlord representation of downtown commercial office space, he remains dedicated to his clients and has completed over 8 million square feet of lease transactions. His achievements include CoStar Power Broker Award, 2009 – 2016; NAIOP Office Broker Team of the Year, 2014; DMCAR Heavy Hitter; and JLL Top Achiever Award. He began his real estate career with the Building Owners and Managers Association of Chicago (BOMA) and is currently affiliated with Colorado's NAIOP and the Downtown Denver Partnership.
