Michael Dash has been a leader in the area of Tenant representation and Corporate Account Services work for the past 33 years. Since entering the industry in 1988, Mr. Dash has specialized in the representation and the management of global and regional leased portfolios on behalf of such entities as Accenture LLP, Expedia, Inc., Isilon Systems, Captaris, the University of Washington and Getty Images. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Dash was an Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield where he was consistently recognized as a top revenue producer and corporate leader during his 10+ years with the company. He was a member of the firms National Broker Advisory Committee and an Executive Member of Cushman & Wakefield’s National Law Firm Practice Group and Tenant Advisory Group. His primary services include delivery of a high level of client satisfaction in the management and oversight of corporate lease portfolios and negotiating complex transactions on behalf of his corporate clients, both locally, nationally and internationally. Mr. Dash is well respected by the tenants he has represented, many of which involved repeat transactions; including Accenture LLP, Marsh & McLennan Companies, American Online (“AOL”), Warner Brothers Interactive, Expedia, Inc., Union Bank of California, Cell Therapeutics, Expeditors International, Isilon Systems, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Deloitte & Touche, Washington Mutual Bank, Sony Online, Solomon Smith Barney, Goldman Sachs, Seattle’s Best Coffee, NEC Solutions, Global Crossings, Fluor International, Verizon, Charles Schwab & Co., General Electric and the WPP Group of Companies. Mr. Dash has successfully represented in excess of 8+ million square feet in leasing transactions in the Seattle metropolitan area.
