Mike Davidson is a senior managing director at Newmark and has been with the firm since 2005. He was one of the firm’s Top 5 producers for 2006 and is consistently ranked as one of CoStar’s Power Brokers for the Metro Detroit area. Prior to joining Newmark, he spent 11 years with L. Mason Capitani, Inc., where he was senior vice president of the industrial real estate group. He was one of L. Mason Capitani’s top producers five of his last six years with the company, averaging over 40 transactions per year with a total value in excess of $225 million. His transactions range in size from 3,000 square feet to over 300,000 square feet. In 2005, he was awarded “Mr. Results” by Kemp Building & Development Company. Mr. Davidson began his real estate career in Detroit with CB Richard Ellis in 1988.
