Michael Dell’Aquila assists in creating and maintaining pro forma financial models related to Intercontinental’s existing portfolio of assets. He is responsible for performing financial analyses and valuations to help management in the budgeting, forecasting, leasing, and portfolio decision-making process.
Prior to joining Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation in 2021, Mr. Dell’Aquila worked as a Senior Associate in Asset Management at STAG Industrial, where he assisted in managing a portfolio of industrial properties throughout the country. His responsibilities included overseeing property operations, interfacing with tenants, understanding local real estate markets, and conducting financial analyses for leases and dispositions. Mr. Dell’Aquila previously worked in the Employee Benefits Industry as a Sales Representative at Voya Financial and Cigna Group Insurance. He sold a variety of insurance products to corporations in New England.
Mr. Dell’Aquila holds a BA in Economics from Boston College in 2010, where he was a member of the varsity football team. In addition, Mr. Dell’Aquila is a licensed real estate agent in Massachusetts
