Originally from Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, I moved to Charlotte in 1999 to start working for IBM. After buying and fixing up a handful of homes as a hobby, I decided to turn my passion into my career by going to real estate school. I started 5 Points Realty with some wonderful partners in 2007. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my life partner, Michael Hopkins, and our Biddleville neighbors and friends, traveling, and enjoying my car collection (a few real ones and Hot Wheels).
My specialization is working with buyers and sellers in Charlotte’s older, urban neighborhoods –from raw land for commercial and residential uses, in-fill development, or simply buying and selling, which I call the retail side.
