Mr. Gerrior is a land, industrial, development, and industrial improved-property sales professional in Florida and Washington, D.C., with twenty-eight years of experience in and around real estate.
Mr. Gerrior began his career at Kilday & Associates, Inc. in West Palm Beach, Florida, providing site design, land planning, land development, and landscape architecture. Upon moving to Washington D.C. in 1995, he joined Walter L. Phillips, Inc. as a CAD Manager and Site Designer, and expanded his land development experience to include Lead Designer for projects such as Potomac Mills in Woodbridge, Virginia, and CompUSA in Alexandria, Virginia. Following Walter L. Phillips, Inc., Mr. Gerrior joined The Washington Hospital Center in a healthcare architecture design capacity where he conceived, and delivered WHC’s CAFM initiative system for Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and internal accounting. With his sizable experience in architecture and land development, Mr. Gerrior founded his own company, G- Architectural, L.L.C. in 1993.
Mr. Gerrior joined Brookfield Properties Commercial Real Estate in 2008, where he was part of the team for the sale of 1225 Connecticut Avenue NW to The World Bank and in the leasing of 166,000+ SF of Class “A” office space to the Internal Revenue Service.
