Michael Ginsburg joined KLNB in 2016 as a retail leasing associate and in 2023, he was named a Principal. He specializes in both landlord and tenant representation throughout the greater Baltimore / Washington, D.C. region.
In just over six years at KLNB, Mr. Ginsburg has completed over 300 deals with a total transactional volume exceeding $300 million. He currently represents national clients such as Jersey Mike’s, C2 Education, Jollibee, Mattress Warehouse, SuperCuts and more. On the Landlord side, Mr. Ginsburg represents more than 3,000,000 square feet of ground up and existing shopping centers.
He earned a B.S. in Business Management from Tulane University (2016), graduating cum laude. Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Mr. Ginsburg takes immense pride in servicing retailers and landlords alike throughout his hometown and the surrounding markets.
