My company has been developing real estate in South Florida for almost 40 years. Shopping centers, office buildings, industrial buildings, and residential land development. We also manage and lease for property owners in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Over the past two years we have been involved as a receiver on two properties, one in Broward, one in Dade County. I have had my real estate brokerage licence, and mortgage broker's license, since 1974. We have represented private investors for many years in the acquisition of investment properties, as well as raw land for development. Along with my wife Michelle, we have been involved as both developers, brokerage, management, receiverships, and consultation.
