Michael Grandstaff is a Retail and Net-Leased property specialist with The Hurd Retail Group based out of Sacramento, California with Marcus & Millichap.
Prior to joining the team, Marcus & Millichap Michael pursued and accomplished his Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business and a Minor in Agriculture at California State University, Chico. Several times a week Michael would travel from Chico, California to the Sacramento office to learn and obtain knowledge of client relations, investment sales, and proficiency in underwriting. He was able to achieve these skills through his mentorship, the Marcus and Millichap meticulous training program, and the intensive Pace Setter program. His dedication and tenacity to advise his clients with the utmost honesty and integrity have molded his best long-term client relationships.
Born and raised in Sacramento, Michael is a native of Northern California and has a great understanding of the economic and lifestyle drivers of Sacramento and surrounding markets. In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with his loved ones and friends while continuing an active lifestyle of hiking, snowboarding, and playing golf.
