Michael Greeley is a Senior Managing Director of Newmark’s Medical-Academic Practice Group in Boston, overseeing capital markets for the team, which he joined in 2008. With a specialty in medical office building (MOB) investment sales, Greeley and his team, led by Rob Griffin, have been involved in the great majority of institutional healthcare trades in the Greater Boston market. Greeley has overseen dozens of landmark investment sales in the New England and East Coast markets, as well as hundreds of major leasing transactions with “meds & eds” clients. With a focus on submarkets surrounding hospitals, universities and medical-academic clusters, Mr. Greeley specializes in investment sales, institutional consulting, tenant and landlord advisory, and acquisition/disposition services.
Greeley and his team are extremely active on a national level in medical office building and healthcare real estate sales, with notable transactions that include the Boston Medical Center Portfolio ($180 million), Steward Health Care Portfolio ($100 million), 50 Staniford Street at MGH ($124 million), 109 Brookline Avenue ($270 million), 67 South Bedford at Lahey Clinic ($55 million), Harvard Vanguard-147 Milk Street ($48 million), Andover Medical Center ($55 million), Waldemere Medical Plaza ($47 million), Lifespan Ambulatory Care Center ($19 million) and Worcester BioTech Park at UMass ($40 million).
