Michael Guarino Sr., whose prior experience was in the restaurant industry where he developed great skills working and interacting with people from various backgrounds, began his real estate career in 1989 building houses in Long Island. In 1995 he partnered with his son James to found JVG Management LLC where he specialized in New York City rent stabilized properties for seven years, enabling him to become familiar with the rules and regulations that impact property owners. Since becoming a full-time broker in November 2002, Mr. Guarino has closed many transactions. His previous experience in property management has given him the ability to identify the value of a property and its assets in a very accurate manner.
Mr. Guarino enjoys working with his family and friends on a daily basis. In addition, he is a member of the Bronx Manhattan North Association of Realtors
