Michael Heaney is a Vice President in the firm's downtown Chicago office where he focuses on Tenant Representation advising for corporate office users. Michael brings a strong financial background, astute client services, and experience representing companies of all sizes, from large publicly traded entities to local not-for-profit organizations. He excels in creating flexible real estate and workplace solutions .
Prior to joining Avison Young, Michael was a key member of Cresa’s Corporate Office Advisory group in downtown Chicago, where he co-led Cresa Chicago’s Association & Nonprofit Practice Group. Michael served as a mentor to new entrants into the business, sharing his experience, his work ethic, and his innate ability to connect with and understand the needs of his clients. He began his career at JLL in 2013 and was responsible for managing real estate transactions for large corporate accounts.
