At Harbor Group International, Mike Heinricher was a Managing Director and Vice President of Acquisitions focusing on commercial property transactions. He had been responsible for sourcing and closing several billion dollars of commercial acquisitions in primary and secondary markets during his 14 year tenure. As part of his role, Mike also directed the debt placement and disposition of the Company’s commercial assets. He facilitated many significant transactions including the acquisition and subsequent dispositions of Four New York Plaza in New York and One South Wacker in Chicago which were recognized as among the 15 most profitable US office acquisitions in the past five years according to The Real Deal. Additionally, Mike helped lead the Company's initiatives in acquiring NNN properties, CMBS bonds, and other debt-related products. Mike began with the Company as an analyst before to taking on his current role. Prior to Harbor Group International, Mike worked as a commercial lending officer at National City Bank (now part of PNC) in Pennsylvania and Ohio. He spent nearly eight years at National City Bank in various capacities from branch management to risk underwriting/credit analysis to corporate lending. Mike has a Masters in Finance from Case Western Reserve University and is an alumnus of Grove City College. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Pennsylvania.
