Bio
Michael Jokhi is a Senior Vice President at CBRE Hotels, based in the downtown Los Angeles office. Within the hospitality sector, he is focused on acquisitions and dispositions of multi-million dollar assets in Southern California. His responsibilities include management of the transaction process, deal underwriting and hotel valuation, negotiation of offers, market research, and business development.
Michael joins our firm from AON, where he was the umbrella underwriting specialist. Previously working in Hong Kong, Michael led a project management initiative at a Venture Capital firm’s restaurant group.
Michael attended The University of Alabama where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration and was an Ambassador for the University’s International Business School
