Michael Keating's commercial real estate career stemmed from his years of experience building and renovating the very assets he sells and leases today, breaking into the industry by relocating the very clients he advises today. Working for the top financial, educational, and hospitality companies in the world, Michael successfully completed the multi-floor restack of 7 World Trade Center, The Black Rock Building, Bloomberg LP Corporate Headquarters, as well as the renovation of the Grand Hyatt in Manhattan. This experience dovetailed nicely into the world of commercial advisory and brokerage. Michael's clients benefit from his decades of experience in the commercial building and relocation industry while advising them on the best approach when selling, moving, buying, leasing, or, in some cases, staying right where they are if the timing isn't right. In his commercial real estate career, Michael has successfully managed the sales of office buildings in Manhattan, Church & Non-Profit acquisitions, land sales, investment sales, and office and retail leasing transactions. Michael is a licensed broker in both New York and Florida and is a member of various professional and charitable organizations. In addition to the above asset classes, Michael enjoys combining his affinity for golf with real estate while working with golf, residential, and hospitality developers with their real estate needs. Michael studied Business Law at Adelphi University and was a member of the NCAA Golf Team and worked as a coach with First Tee.
