As Director of Property Operations & Engineering, Michael E. Keaveney oversees the management and physical operation of Sage’s 3 million square foot commercial portfolio. Michael is responsible for the development and execution of asset level business plans, financial reporting requirements, capital improvements, and implementation of best practices to maximize value and user experience.
Prior to joining Sage, Michael was Senior Vice President & Director of Operations and Construction at WatermanClark, where he oversaw real estate operations and construction for the company’s office and retail portfolio, in addition to due diligence and redevelopment strategy of new investment opportunities. With 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Michael served roles in various property management and critical systems engineering capacities with Fisher Brothers, and Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc., as agent for Goldman Sachs North American Regional Portfolio.
Michael received his Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from New York University, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management and Accounting from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. He is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), and holds various designations for the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Michael lives in Blauvelt, New York with his wife and two children.
