Michael Kessner began working for Steve Kessner’s business in the 1990s and was promoted in 2002 to Vice President responsible for overseeing management, construction, and maintenance of his father’s portfolio. In 2011, Steve Kessner and Michael Kessner partnered and have since bought and sold property in excess of $350 million in Manhattan, Westchester County and Fairfield County. Michael oversees all aspects of the property and asset management of K5's real estate holdings while also sourcing new acquisitions.
